Independent Course Review

"Moor Park is a very popular venue and you can immediately see why.  The whole facility is quality through and through from the dazzling clubhouse with its sumptuous buffet lunch to the carvery dinner (all served by attentive staff). The High course itself is not bad either. The real fun starts at the long Par 4 8th where the welcoming half-way house waits behind the green.  The short Par 5 9th throws up a birdie opportunity and when you arrive at the 10th you could be at Sunningdale or Wentworth. The 11th is a truly memorable hole with a tough approach and the 12th would go into my personal list of top 10 favourite par threes.  Quality!  Finally a couple of words about the West course ... not bad, not bad at all."

"Moor Park defies expectations with a stunning Paladian clubhouse and disarmingly laid-back staff.  The High course off the white tees is a good test particularly its par 4's.  The 8th, 13th and 14th are all fabulous holes, but the courses signature hole is the par 3 12th; a cracker.  Long rough is absent to aid speed of play - beautiful even paced greens. All in all a great place and don't miss a real halfway house."

Golfer's Reviews
"Played here in May with the sun shining and the course was in great nick.  The par 4 8th hole with its dogleg right was my pick of the holes, where a drive just right of centre is required.  Lovely greens which are fair and true.  Definitely worth playing.  Oh, and the clubhouse is exceptional!"
