Located conveniently near to London, but sufficiently protected by mature trees to shield you from suburbia, the elegant High course and the exacting West course will provide a challenging test of golf in pleasant park surroundings.

Golfer's Reviews
Moor Park defies expectations with a stunning Paladian clubhouse and disarmingly laid-back staff. The High course off the white tees is a good test particularly its par 4's. The 8th, 13th and 14th are all fabulous holes, but the course's signature hole is the par 3 12th; a cracker. Long rough is absent to aid speed of play - beautiful even paced greens. All in all a great place and don't miss a real halfway house.

A warm welcome awaits the visiting golfer at Moor Park Golf Club - a club famous not only for its two challenging golf courses, but also for the imposing 17th century mansion house which acts as the clubhouse and hospitality centre.
Set amidst 300 acres of mature woodland and finest Hertfordshire parkland, Moor Park features not one but two championship golf courses. Designed by Harry Colt in 1923 to blend into the grounds of the estate, the courses combine challenging golf holes - ideal for competition, practice or tuition. The High Course plays host annually to the Hertfordshire Stag, as well as regularly welcoming such events as the Carris Trophy, County Championship and English Seniors Open.
Besides playing the courses visitors can enjoy full use of the spectacular clubhouse and the dining facilities. The golf shop, also located within the Mansion House, provides a wide range of golf clothing and equipment.

Played here in May with the sun shining and the course was in great nick. The par 4 8th hole with its dogleg right was my pick of the holes, where a drive just right of centre is required. Lovely greens which are fair and true. Definitely worth playing. Oh, and the clubhouse is exceptional!
