Head Mechanic – Full Time

40 Hrs Per Week – 32k-40k per annum

To carry out maintenance and repairs of all golf course equipment, vehicles and machinery


  • Previous position of Golf Course Head Mechanic
  • City and Guilds qualifications or NVQ qualified to level 3 in Mechanical engineering
  • Have a basic understanding of the game of golf
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Toro Turf Care Mechanics Certified


  • Proven knowledge of maintaining a wide range of Golf Course maintenance equipment and plant.
  • A keen eye to detail and insist on exceptional standards of quality.
  • Certification in operation and maintenance of bed knife and reel grinders, reel mowers, diesel engine diagnostics, hydraulics, after cut trouble shooting, abrasive wheels safe use, the safe use of oxy/ace

Golf Operations Assitant – Full Time 

  • To complete all tasks relevant to a successful member and guest experience
  • Help to deliver an exceptional member experience
  • To liaise with all relevant contacts both internal and external and use the information available; prepare for the day ahead to the required standard, ensuring member and guest satisfaction
  • To maintain standards and consistency of delivery of service as directed and in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the department
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned individual task
  • To ensure any member requests are handled effectively and any outside your area of expertise is raised immediately to the appropriate level

Casual Bar Attendant – Full Time and Part Time Positions available 

To provide full bar service to ensure functions and events run in an efficient and effective manner.

Duties include:

  • Preparation of bar and service area for all functions
  • Service of hot and cold beverages
  • Service of hot and cold food
  • Service of wine and alcoholic drinks
  • Table service of food and drinks
  • Cleaning all bar and terrace areas to include carpet and ashtray

Casual Kitchen Porter 

Duties include:

  • Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen production areas.
  • Washing dishes manually and also by using the dishwasher.
  • Assisting in basic food preparation.
  • Cleaning pots, pans and any other kitchen utensils.
  • Maintain the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
  • Storing away all crockery, cutlery and glassware.
  • Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor.
  • Emptying bins when they are full.

Moor Park Golf Club regularly hosts prestigious events such as the London Foursomes, Tilman Trophy, Justin Rose Ladies Series and the English Boys Open (Carris Trophy). We have also accepted the R&A’s invite to become a regional Open qualifying course starting in 2021.
