Should you wish to donate to Herts Young Homeless, our Captain’s JustGiving link will be provided shortly.
About Herts Young Homeless
hyh has been supporting young people facing homelessness since 1998. In the last five years, they have directly helped over 5,400 young people in Hertfordshire. Across the UK, more than 136,000 young people are experiencing homelessness, with many hidden from view in unsafe or unstable accommodation.
Working in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council and local agencies, hyh provides a range of services including prevention, early intervention, crisis support and help towards independent living. Their aim is to give young people the tailored guidance they need at a crucial stage in their lives, reducing long-term homelessness and improving wellbeing for individuals and communities.
