➤ How far in advance do I need to book my golf day?
To secure your preferred date—particularly for larger groups or weekend bookings—we recommend enquiring at least 3 to 6 months in advance. However, please feel free to contact us for last-minute availability.
➤ Does Moor Park provide buggy hire for group days?
We have a fleet of buggies available for hire, but these must be booked in advance due to high demand. Please specify the number of buggies required when submitting your enquiry form.
➤ Do I need to be a Moor Park member to book a golf day?
No, you do not need to be a member to host a golf day at Moor Park. While we are a private members’ club, we warmly welcome visitors, societies, and corporate groups to enjoy our championship courses and historic Mansion facilities.
➤ What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
Golf is played in most weather conditions. However, if the courses are deemed unplayable by our Course Manager due to extreme weather (e.g., lightning, heavy snow), we will work with you to reschedule your event to a new date.
➤ Are Moor Park’s courses suitable for all skill levels?
Yes. While both the High and West courses are championship-standard, they are designed to be enjoyable for golfers of all abilities. Our Golf Services Team can also advise on the best course for your specific group’s experience level.
➤ What is the dress code for the course and clubhouse?
We maintain a smart casual dress code. On the course, proper golf attire is required (no denim or trainers). In the clubhouse, smart casual clothing is appreciated. Detailed guidance is provided upon booking.
