Founded in 1923 Moor Park Golf Club boasts two Harry Colt designed championship courses with a spectacular Grade 1 listed clubhouse. Set within three hundred acres of parkland to the south-east of Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire 30 minutes from central London, the Club has a thriving membership of 1,500. With 13 tennis courts, lavish dining rooms and beautiful grounds, Moor Park is far more than just a golf club. It is a home for members, and a destination for visitors.
Head Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team at Moor Park Golf Club. This role involves maintaining and repairing all golf course equipment, vehicles, and machinery, working closely with the Course Manager. Responsibilities include servicing machinery, handling breakdowns, maintaining fuel and oil inventories, and keeping detailed records of all servicing and repairs. The role also involves ensuring workshop safety and cleanliness, and adhering to Health and Safety policies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in maintaining golf course equipment, with relevant certifications in mechanical engineering and machinery maintenance. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. This position requires annualised hours over a 7-day week, including weekends.

Casual Bar Attendant – Full Time and Part Time Positions available
To provide full bar service to ensure functions and events run in an efficient and effective manner.
Duties include:
- Preparation of bar and service area for all functions
- Service of hot and cold beverages
- Service of hot and cold food
- Service of wine and alcoholic drinks
- Table service of food and drinks
- Cleaning all bar and terrace areas to include carpet and ashtray

Greenkeeper
Moor Park Golf Club has a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working and motivated greenkeeper who can help deliver our aspirations to become the best members club in the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join either one of our High or West Course teams. Moor Park Golf Club regularly hosts prestigious events such as the London Foursomes, Tilman Trophy, Justin Rose Ladies Series and the English Boys Open (Carris Trophy). We have also accepted the R&A’s invite to become a regional Open qualifying course starting in 2021.
The club believes in continued investment in its staff and you will be working within a strong and supportive team to ensure our championship golf courses are maintained to the highest standard for our members and guests. In addition to investing in our staff, we also ensure investment in our courses and facilities. This includes the recent completion of our High course bunkers, a world-class short game area and of course state of the art machinery.
