Summer Membership
Summer Tennis membership gives tennis players the opportunity to play on grass, an experience no tennis enthusiast should miss. We are particularly proud of our 7 superbly maintained grass courts , available for play during the months May – September
Summer membership, which covers the period from 1st May through to 30th September and costs £375, entitles members to play tennis on all courts including the 3 Claytex Courts and 3 Astro Courts (2 with floodlights).
Within the above period, Summer Members may take part in social tennis and coaching and play in Club tournaments and Club matches.
Summer Members may also make full use of all of the facilities offered within the Mansion, provided club rules are followed with regards to dress code, bookings and payments. Details of social events and dining menus may be found in the Mansion and on the members website. Summer Members may book through reception for:
- Lunch in the Harry Colt Dining Room
- Sunday Carvery Lunches
- Social Committee events – one guest may be allowed (please check with the organiser)
Bar Lunches and drinks may be ordered with the bar staff.
Summer members are required to add a club levy of £50 to their Membership card. This can be used to pay for all of the above items and attracts a 25% discount.
In the period 1st October through to 30th April Summer Members will lose all Member’s rights* and so must be invited and accompanied by a Full Member of the Club during that period. Summer members are invited to consider social membership for this period.
*This includes use of the pre-payment card, which will not be accepted from a Summer Member outside of the Summer Membership period.
